Scrum Master – Data & Analytics (Hybrid | Orlando, FL)
Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment company, is seeking a Scrum Master to support a high-impact data and analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond running ceremonies—bringing structure, driving Agile maturity, and helping teams operate more effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You’ll work closely with multiple Scrum teams, technical leads, and stakeholders to improve delivery practices, enhance team performance, and bring clarity to complex, ambiguous initiatives.

What you bring
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
- Experience supporting data and analytics teams or working in data environments
- Familiarity with tools/platforms like AWS and Snowflake
- Advanced experience with JIRA (boards, reporting, workflows, metrics)
- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and navigate ambiguity with structure
- Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) highly preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with data governance, data lifecycle management, or product ownership
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and data pipeline automation
- Exposure to additional Agile frameworks (Lean, XP)
- Experience driving Agile maturity and process improvement initiatives
What you’ll do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile best practices, fostering continuous improvement and accountability
- Support multiple Scrum teams within a restructured 2-team model
- Drive clarity in ambiguous environments by improving processes and team structure
- Track and report on key Agile metrics (velocity, capacity, delivery health)
- Identify and remove roadblocks while promoting collaboration and problem-solving
- Partner with leadership to evolve Agile practices and improve team performance
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and enhance cross-team communication
Salary : $65 - $70
