A leading entertainment and cruise line organization is seeking a Product Manager to support and enhance a key digital platform for guest experiences.
Position Summary:
As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting and evolving the end-to-end guest experience platform. This includes everything from pre-arrival processes (information collection, verification) through arrival at the port (check-in, document validation) to final boarding.
The platform is live and beyond MVP, but requires continued enhancements and maturity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-value outcomes.
