This role will support the organization as it scales and adapts JIRA across projects. The right candidate will bring hands-on JIRA expertise combined with Agile project management experience to ensure the system effectively supports workflows and project goals.

Experience of the Right Candidate
- Proven experience as a JIRA Administrator with extensive usage as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Hands-on configuration and administration of JIRA (Server and Cloud).
- Proficiency in writing JQL queries across multiple projects.
- Confluence site and page administration, including user/group access control.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with JIRA plugins and integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: prior experience in large-scale enterprise environments and exposure to FinTech or consumer digital platforms.
Responsibilities of the Right Candidate
- Govern and configure JIRA projects, workflows, and custom fields to support project requirements.
- Provide user support and training for JIRA users, including troubleshooting and maintaining user guides.
- Partner with project managers and teams to gather requirements and enhance JIRA functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation for JIRA processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Monitor JIRA usage and generate reports on project progress, team performance, and governance.
- Stay current with JIRA updates, plugins, and new features to drive continuous improvement.
