GRS has an opening for a full-time IS Analyst in its Corporate Headquarters office, located in Southfield, MI, providing corporate level support focusing on maintenance and integral support of the GRS IT infrastructure as a member of the Information Technology Operations Group.
The Primary Responsibilities of an IS Analyst at GRS are as follows:
- Assist in the maintenance of the network, systems and workstation hardware
- Assist in the maintenance of the network and systems software
- Maintain end user applications (virtual and physical)
- Participate in security monitoring and analysis activities
- Contribute to the deployment and operations of the information technology environments (virtual and physical)
- GRS technology collaboration tools
- Manage the establishment / relocation / de-establishment of GRS locations
We ask that candidates possess the following minimum knowledge, skills and abilities:
- BA/BS in a technology related field (i.e. Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems)
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience in the management of IT infrastructure, virtual and cloud computing and the ability to diagnose hardware issues
- Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft products
- Cybersecurity awareness and understanding of security best practices
