Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Conduct night audit procedures, including balancing accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy
- Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information in the hotel management system
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to ensure guest and staff safety during overnight hours
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence to support daily hotel operations
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest services standards to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and multi-line phone systems preferred
- Knowledge of resort or hotel operations to effectively manage guest needs and hotel functions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle guest concerns tactfully and professionally
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail
