Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and assistance to guests and callers
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with enthusiasm, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Conduct night audit procedures using OPERA or similar hotel management systems to reconcile daily financial transactions
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, reservations, and billing details while adhering to hotel emergency procedures
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to ensure guest and staff safety during overnight hours
- Assist with late-night check-outs, reservations adjustments, and special requests efficiently and courteously
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort experience
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and excellent phone etiquette
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA is preferred; hotel experience is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and hospitality standards required for success in this role
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Previous night audit experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
