🎯 The Opportunity

As an Analyst, you will join one of our established specialist teams, aligned to a specific market where you’ll build deep expertise from day one. Your desk will be determined prior to joining, based on a combination of your strengths, interests, and business needs, setting you up to develop into a true market specialist.

You’ll begin with our 12-week Accelerator program, designed to equip you with the core skills needed to succeed in a 360 recruitment role, before transitioning into your aligned team with ongoing coaching and support.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

This is a high-performance, sales-driven role centered on building and managing relationships with both candidates and clients within your specialist market.

You will:

📞 Headhunt and engage high-quality candidates through calls, LinkedIn, and referrals

🤝 Build and develop client relationships through proactive business development

🎯 Qualify roles and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement

💡 Advise clients and candidates as a consultative partner within your market

💬 Negotiate offers, fees, and contracts

📈 Generate leads and commercial insights to grow your desk
