What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Actuarial Analyst/Manager- Risk Adjustment position at Oliver James?
Oliver James are partnered with a US primary care platform operating under a value-based care model in their search for a Senior Actuarial Analyst or Manager with a focus on Risk Adjustment.
Within this role you will develop and maintain models to forecast risk-adjusted revenue across Medicare Advantage contracts. You will analyze historical risk score trends, RAF accuracy, and coding opportunities to identify gaps and performance drivers amongst other risk adjustment and revenue performance tasks.
Role requirements:
- ASA/FSA designation
- Experience of working within a health actuarial role with prior experience within Medicare Advantage
- Experience in Risk Adjustment and Revenue Performance
- SQL experience
