Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer
Location: Jersey City, NJ - hybrid onsite
Salary Range: $150,000 to $180,000

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our technology team and play a key role in building enterprise-grade web applications. This role is ideal for a highly motivated engineer who thrives on designing, coding, and delivering scalable solutions using .NET, Angular, and Azure. This position requires strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality software with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business teams to design and implement robust end-to-end solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable full-stack applications using .NET, Angular, and Azure technologies.
- Design and develop cloud-native software leveraging Azure services such as App Services, Functions, AKS, and Azure SQL.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
- Apply best practices for software design, including design patterns, clean architecture, and SOLID principles.
- Contribute to the full software lifecycle-development, testing, deployment, and support-using CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
- Conduct code and design reviews, ensuring adherence to development standards and performance benchmarks.
- Partner with distributed teams across multiple locations, including onshore and offshore collaborators.
- Drive innovation by exploring low-code platforms like Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business processes.
Skills Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET (Core or later versions).
- Proven experience with Angular, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
- Solid experience with SQL Server and database design.
- Expertise in REST API development and integration.
- Experience implementing automated units, integration, and regression testing.
- Working knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, or Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Microsoft Azure certification preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance or financial services applications is advantageous.
