Treasury Senior Analyst – CLO, Private Credit

My client, a top Private Credit Asset Manager is looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join their expanding team. Our client works on a hybrid basis in downtown Chicago, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile monthly/quarterly CLO reports with trustees
• Monitor CLO compliance tests and ensure pre-trade compliance
• Analyze portfolio performance and CLO metrics
• Identify opportunities for refinancing, resets, and redemptions
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and internal teams
• Evaluate workflows and recommend process improvements
• Support investor requests and marketing materials
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2 years in asset management, trustee, or custodial bank
• Knowledge of CLOs and broadly syndicated loans (BSL)
• Strong Excel skills; VBA and financial systems experience preferred
