Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist (CPG)
- Compensation: $40 - $50 per hour

We are partnering with a consumer goods company to hire an Interim Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner to support the Head of HR in NYC. This is a hands-on role with a primary focus on talent acquisition for global corporate functions and regional offices, while also providing strategic HR support in a small, fast-paced, and growing organization.
This role will coordinate global recruitment efforts, particularly for NYC and other corporate functions, and act as a strategic partner to leadership in a lean HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Acquisition efforts in the US and across corporate functions and TA operations for the regional offices (NYC, EMEA, LATAM, APAC)
- Manage recruitment intake meetings, kickoff templates, candidate screening, and hiring summaries
- Coordinate with regional recruiters and TA partners to ensure seamless hiring globally
- Support background checks and onboarding processes (HireRight)
- Provide HR guidance and act as HR Business Partner for NYC leadership and global corporate teams (Finance, IT, Legal)
- Assist with HR operations, employee relations, and payroll oversight (via PEO)
- Participate in strategic HR projects and global TA initiatives
Key Requirements
- CPG experience is essential
- Strong Talent Acquisition experience in a global or multi-region organization
- HR Business Partner experience supporting corporate functions
- Knowledge of NYC employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience coordinating TA across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
