Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Professional Services / Legal)

We're partnering with a highly regarded global law firm to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across business professionals and legal populations. This is an excellent opportunity for an agency recruiter looking to transition in-house while staying close to the relationship-driven side of recruiting. Or a corporate recruiter with agency experience looking for their next role.
What You'll Do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across business professional roles and select attorney searches
- Partner closely with hiring leaders as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and market insights
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Deliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience
- Support campus hiring (summer associates) and broader talent initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency background preferred)
- Experience recruiting within professional services, legal, or corporate functions
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Interest in transitioning into an in-house, relationship-focused recruiting role
