The Role
Own and drive the HR technology strategy and roadmap, aligning systems with business priorities
Act as the functional owner of the HR tech ecosystem, overseeing HRIS, integrations, and system architecture
Partner with HR leadership (Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, etc.) to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions
Lead system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment
Establish governance, standards, and best practices across HR systems and data management
Oversee HR data processes including integrations, reporting, and system controls
Drive adoption of automation, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making
Develop and oversee HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support leadership insights
Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors
7-10 years of experience in HRIS / HR Technology / People Systems
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Workday, ADP Workforce Now, UKG, or similar
Strong understanding of HR systems architecture, integrations, and data structures
Proven experience leading HR technology implementations and transformation projects
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Exposure to automation, AI, or emerging HR technologies is highly desirable
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
