• Own and optimize a complex Workday environment across multiple modules

• Partner closely with HR, Rewards, and Operations teams globally

• Play a key role in driving automation, data integrity, and process improvement

• Lead the management and enhancement of the Workday platform (Core HCM, Benefits, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Performance)

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify system improvements and streamline workflows

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR technology and processes

• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across the system

• Support reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency across the People function
  
  

• Strong Workday expertise across multiple modules in a complex environment

• Background in financial services, professional services, or similarly fast-paced environments

• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence change

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

• Experience leading or owning HR systems at scale
