- Conduct market mapping and talent identification projects.
- Build target company lists and candidate pipelines.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, and direct research.

- Prepare candidate summaries, search reports, and client briefing materials.
- Track market intelligence, hiring trends, and competitor activity.
- Work alongside senior consultants on retained executive search assignments.
- Previous experience in recruitment, executive search, research, sourcing, or talent acquisition preferred.
- Strong LinkedIn and online research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable speaking with senior professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
