What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Consultant position at Cobalt Recruitment?
The Role.
The aim of a Recruitment Consultant within Cobalt is to generate NFI through the independent, expert management of candidates and clients and to uphold the values and culture of the business through everything that they do.
- Understand a specialist market thoroughly and generate personal NFI from candidate management.
- Have a full understanding of the scope and range of services offered by the broader team and business and be able to cross-sell effectively.
- Understand and contribute to the team’s business plan
- Act as an account manager for clients, ensuring that all Cobalt locations, teams and disciplines are involved in order to maximize revenue whilst providing a first-class service
- Undertake and actively partake in internal training courses in order to further their understanding of recruitment and Cobalt.
- Agree and establish commercially viable terms of business with new clients
