Working as part of an accomplished team, you will support with the identification of high-quality candidates for requirements in Financial Services, Insurance, Technology & Life Sciences and other regulated marke
ts.
In addition to your responsibilities within Specialist Services, you will collaborate with colleagues across the wider consulting teams to deliver a broad range of solutions to support our clie
nts.
You will also be required to work with your People Leader to support Resource Consultants with their development by providing training & Coac
hing.

- tions.Building strong market knowledge of our vertical markets and sharing critical market information with the broader
- team.Attracting, Advising, Interviewing and Negotiating with high-level candidates to find Win-Win partnerships between clients and candi
- dates.Using Davies suite of technology alongside social media and CV libraries to advertise, market, and s
- ource.Develop your knowledge of the wider consulting business
- areas.Support Clients with a broader set of challenges across technology, learning, insurance and financial ser
- vices.Demonstrating our values and behaviors to ensure we are providing a best-in-class candidate and client exper
- ience.Conduct face to face pre-screening interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit. Working towards becoming a strong objective, in-depth interv
- iewer.Attending Client briefings to assess client requirements alongside your ma
- nager.Manage candidates from end to end research/recruit/source/de
- liver.Provide advice guidance and coaching to candidates on interviewing and skills te
- sting.Build on existing Davies Resourcing candidate relationships and develop your own portfolio of Candi

- tions.Manage online advertising across a variety of platforms to widen the talent
pool.
