WHERE DO YOU FIT IN?
As an experienced Recruiting Consultant, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and placing professionals in full-time direct-hire positions with our clients. In this role, you will drive successful business development, client management, and recruitment strategies through highly effective client and candidate engagement.
WHO YOU ARE:
- At least 1 year of Recruitment experience (ideally in a Technical field)
- Self-confidence, perseverance, and excellent communication skills

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Drive permanent placement revenue within a unique vertical
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities and negotiate terms of business with client companies.
- Consult with client companies on effective recruitment hiring strategies and solutions.
- Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies through social media, networking, and go-to-market recruitment efforts to attract top talent to meet client hiring objectives
- Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates in order to effectively match qualified candidates to client’s needs.
- Lead client and candidate through interview, salary negotiations, and post-hire transition.
