Position Summary
We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support a transplant study. The role involves monitoring clinical trial sites across the United States, with a focus on the West Coast. Relevant experience in transplant or nephrology trials is required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits according to study timelines (average frequency every 6 weeks, may vary by site).
- Ensure trial sites comply with the protocol, GCP, and applicable regulations.
- Work with site staff to support enrollment, data accuracy, and overall site performance.
- Maintain timely and complete study documentation and monitoring reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related discipline.
- 3–5 years of CRA experience, preferably in transplant or nephrology studies.
- Strong understanding of GCP and ICH guidelines.
- Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to sites as needed (Washington, California, Colorado, and other U.S. locations).
