The O’Brien Auto Team is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced License & Title Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. If you’re someone who thrives on accuracy, understands automotive titling inside and out, and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment—we’d love to connect with you!
What You’ll Do
- Process vehicle titles and registrations in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all title paperwork
- Verify costs for registrations, taxes, and title fees
- Track and follow up on title issues, including missing documents or discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of all title and licensing transactions
- Work closely with the accounting and sales teams to ensure smooth deal processing
- Communicate with customers, lenders, and state agencies as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive dealership license & title experience required
- Strong knowledge of Illinois titling and registration processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a part-time role
