O’Brien Auto Team is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced biller to support our sales and accounting teams. This role is critical to ensuring all vehicle deals are processed accurately and funded quickly.
What You’ll Do:
- Process and post retail and dealer trade deals
- Break down deals and submit contracts to banks
- Issue payments for dealer trades
- Reconcile extended warranties (JM&A and others)
- Handle cancellations and post credits
- Ensure all deal paperwork is complete and accurate
- Assist with monthly city tax reporting
- Verify compliance with factory requirements
- Support phones, customers, and general office tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Dealership, billing, or accounting experience preferred
- Associate’s degree preferred
