Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the new and used vehicle sales departments
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Set and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery
- Manage inventory control, pricing strategy, and vendor relationships
- Provide support to finance operations as needed
Requirements:
- Prior success in automotive sales
- Proven management experience within a dealership environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
- Solid understanding of the retail automotive sales process
- Experience with dealership CRM and DMS systems
