Recruitment Coordinator – Boston, MA (Hybrid)
I’m partnering with a high-growth investment and technology organization in Boston that is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to support their Business Development team. About the Role
The Recruitment Coordinator will manage end-to-end candidate scheduling, maintain the team’s recruiting CRM, support hiring operations, and help build a highly efficient talent acquisition process. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle shifting priorities with professionalism.
Compensation & Schedule
• Base Salary: $90,000 bonus
• Hybrid: 4 days per week onsite in Boston
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex scheduling across multiple interview stages and senior leaders
• Coordinate logistics, rescheduling, follow-up communication, and candidate experience
• Maintain accurate data and reporting within the recruiting CRM (Greenhouse or similar)
• Prepare and distribute resumes, interview materials, and hiring packets
• Support hiring metrics, sourcing projects, and operational improvements
• Own intern recruitment coordination and pipeline tracking
• Handle onboarding-related tasks and assist with broader administrative needs
Ideal Background
• 1–4 years of experience in a professional, detail-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills, communication, and follow-through
• Experience with high-volume or complex scheduling
• Familiarity with a recruiting CRM
• Comfortable working closely with executives and senior leadership
• High-achievement or competitive team backgrounds are strongly preferred
