Position Summary
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-office experience. This role supports daily office operations by managing the reception area, handling administrative tasks, and providing reliable support to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients with a positive and professional demeanor
- Manage the main phone line: answer, screen, and direct calls to the appropriate contacts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and appointments as needed
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, document preparation, and updating internal records
- Assist with onboarding tasks such as preparing visitor or new-hire badges
- Coordinate office supply ordering and inventory management
- Support company events or internal meetings by arranging refreshments or materials
- Partner with facilities or building management to address office maintenance requests
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and support various departments as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
