Job Summary
Are you looking to elevate your HR career or leverage your transferable skillset from another profession? Citadel is looking to expand their Recruiting Coordination team with team members who are ambitious, intellectually curious and thrive in a fast-paced environment! You will partner closely with internal recruiters through the full-cycle recruiting process across business areas. Recruiting Coordinators drive the hiring process forward and own the candidate management process.
Your Objectives
- Partner with senior recruiters to coordinate executive-level recruiting processes across multiple business units.
- Coordinate complex interview scheduling, including working directly with candidates’ executive assistants.
- Arrange candidate travel and logistics for onsite interviews, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with precision and accuracy.
- Draft and prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding steps.
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, executive assistants, and internal stakeholders—delivering “white glove” service at every touchpoint.
- Escort candidates onsite, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Your Skills & Talents
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Full-time experience working in a professional environment.
- Experience in recruiting or HR capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, experience with Outlook meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work productively both independently and collaboratively.

Compensation is based off of a total compensation including an hourly rate and overtime.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
