Job Title: HR Coordinator
Job Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, ~8:00am–6:00pm
About the Role
We are seeking a highly professional HR Coordinator to support recruiting, HR operations, and people initiatives. This newly created role will work directly with the President to build and maintain recruiting infrastructure, streamline processes, and manage the high-volume inflow of candidates across investment, research, operations, and administrative functions.
This position offers the opportunity to shape how the organization attracts and hires top talent while managing day-to-day HR operations and coordinating closely with senior leadership and external recruiting partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the President in managing and evolving recruiting and HR operations
- Build and maintain infrastructure to improve efficiency, organization, and decision-making in recruiting
- Review, organize, and synthesize large volumes of resumes from external recruiting agencies
- Coordinate interview scheduling for internal teams and external candidates
- Draft and manage offer letters and candidate communications
- Act as the primary liaison for external recruiters, tracking candidate pipelines and performance
- Assist with onboarding, background checks, and first-day logistics
- Schedule performance reviews and maintain reporting in ATS (Greenhouse)
- Support general HR initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of professional experience, ideally from financial services
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize candidate data
- Comfortable working in a high-urgency, high-accountability environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000–$200,000, commensurate with experience
- Preferred Start Date: ASAP
