Campus Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)
Austin, TX | Fully Onsite
$30-$38/hour Overtime Eligible
Contract through December 2026 / flex on end date
We're partnering with a highly respected, fast-paced organization seeking a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to support university recruiting initiatives and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the center of recruiting operations, coordinating events, engaging with candidates, and ensuring interview processes run seamlessly. You'll serve as a key point of contact for candidates while partnering closely with recruiting and business teams to support high-impact hiring initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate candidate interviews and recruiting logistics
- Serve as the onsite host for candidates visiting the office
- Manage interview schedules and candidate communications
- Support campus recruiting programs and events
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams throughout the hiring process
- Help create a best-in-class candidate experience
- Assist with recruiting operations, reporting, and administrative support
We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, campus recruiting, program coordination, event planning, university relations, or a similar field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, polished, and candidate-focused approach
- Experience supporting events, programs, recruiting, or high-volume scheduling preferred
