Campus Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) – Austin, TX

Estimated Pay: $30–38/hr overtime eligibility
Contract through December 2026 (Maternity Leave Coverage)

We are partnering with a leading global firm to identify a Campus Recruiting Coordinator who will support university recruiting efforts during a maternity leave coverage assignment through the end of the year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to high-volume recruiting operations, campus talent programs, and fast-paced business environments while working alongside an experienced Talent Acquisition team.
What You'll
- Coordinate interviews and assessments across multiple stakeholders and schedules
- Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and audit candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Support campus recruiting initiatives, candidate engagement activities, and recruiting events
- Assist with process improvement projects and recruiting operations initiatives
- Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from initial scheduling through offer stage
What We're Looking
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, campus recruiting, HR, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) preferred
- Comfortable working fully onsite in Austin, TX
