We are seeking a highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to support campus hiring efforts through interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruiting operations. In this role, you'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while helping improve recruiting workflows and processes.

Responsibilities
- Act as a key partner to recruiters and hiring managers by coordinating interviews, managing scheduling logistics, facilitating candidate assessments, supporting onsite and virtual interview experiences, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of candidate information within Greenhouse, proactively managing workflows, tracking progress, and ensuring recruiting operations run efficiently.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and delivering a positive, high-quality experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting coordination processes, recommend enhancements, and help document and implement operational best practices.
- Partner with recruiting, people operations, and cross-functional teams on special projects, process improvements, and other initiatives that support talent acquisition goals.
- Contribute to a collaborative, global team environment while working alongside talented professionals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Ideal Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting operations, scheduling, coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration, project coordination, logistics, or a similar function requiring strong organizational skills.
- Experience working with recruiting systems, HR platforms, scheduling tools, or other workflow management technologies preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel, with the ability to manage calendars, data, and reporting efficiently.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Process-oriented mindset with a desire to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and contribute to team success.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Interest in leveraging technology, including AI-powered tools, to enhance recruiting coordination and operational effectiveness is a plus.
