Campus Recruiting Specialist (University Relations & Strategy)

Full-time | Direct Hire | Hybrid (Onsite Tues–Thurs)
Salary: $130K–$170K base salary annual bonus eligibility
An elite global investment and technology firm is seeking a Campus Recruiting Specialist to drive the strategy, operations, and execution behind its university engagement efforts. This position sits within the firm’s Human Capital team and plays a key role in shaping its campus presence and long-term talent pipeline.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage the firm’s campus engagement strategy, identifying core and emerging partner schools.
- Serve as the face of the firm on campus—building and maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers.
- Plan and execute events such as information sessions, networking dinners, and large-scale programs that enhance brand visibility and student engagement.
- Oversee all event logistics, marketing materials, and communications to ensure a consistent, high-caliber brand experience.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruiting, human capital, and marketing teams to align messaging and firmwide goals.
- Use data insights from events and recruiting outcomes to evaluate performance and continuously refine strategy.
This role is strategic and operational—it focuses on university relations and brand strategy, rather than direct recruiting or candidate screening.
Who You Are:
- 6–12 years of total professional experience, including 3 years in campus recruiting or university relations.
- Highly organized, polished, and proactive with exceptional communication skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and representing a leading global brand.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
