Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Miami, FL (Brickell), onsite Monday–Friday
Total Compensation Range: $80K-100K

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving Citadel’s hiring efforts forward, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and business leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with recruiters and business stakeholders to support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business areas.
- Own the candidate experience by coordinating virtual and onsite interviews, assessment days, and other hiring touchpoints.
- Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proactive updates.
- Liaise with hiring teams to gather interview feedback, align on next steps, and maintain momentum in the process.
- Draft offer documents and facilitate communication with candidates through the offer and onboarding stages.
- Contribute to broader recruiting and HR initiatives, such as process documentation, survey management, competency updates, and reporting.
- Support large-scale recruiting events and internship program operations.
- Oversee administrative elements, including expense reports and invoice processing.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree from a highly regarded institution; strong academic record.
- Prior experience or internships in recruiting, HR, or a related professional environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel; comfort managing scheduling tools and meeting requests.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with poise and executive presence.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
