Human Capital Coordinator (2 Openings – Learning & Development & Campus Teams)
Location: New York, NY (Hudson Yards)
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire (with long-term conversion path)
Schedule: Hybrid | Onsite Tuesday–Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday | ~45 hours/week
Pay Range: $34–$48/hour (dependent on experience)

About the Role
We’re seeking two Human Capital Coordinators to join high-impact teams within the Learning & Development (L&D) and Campus Recruiting functions. These coordinators will play a key role in executing firmwide initiatives designed to engage, develop, and retain top talent.

Contract & Conversion Path
- Initial Term: 6-month contract through North Bridge (no benefits)
- After 6 Months: Conversion to a 2-year Long-Term Assignment (LTA) with full client benefits
- After LTA: Potential path to full-time employment (with additional firm “lifestyle” perks)
The goal is long-term retention and professional growth within the firm.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end coordination for people-related programs and events (virtual and in-person)
- Handle scheduling, logistics, communications, and day-of execution for firmwide initiatives
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to support learning and engagement efforts
- Track participation data, maintain records, and assist with feedback collection and program improvements
- Ensure flawless execution across every phase—from planning to post-event follow-up
L&D Focus:
- Support firmwide training programs and professional growth initiatives
- Schedule sessions, manage logistics, coordinate materials, and oversee multiple programs each quarter
Campus Focus:
- Support campus recruiting operations, including scheduling, event coordination, and travel logistics
- Collaborate with university partners and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences
- Open to candidates willing to travel for occasional campus events
Who You Are
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in coordination, administrative, or project support roles
- Strong multitasker with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Confident working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
- Personality: proactive, organized, communicative, resourceful, and high-energy
- Backgrounds in professional services, operations, executive support, or legal settings are highly valued
