WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
- Develop and drive the firm's school strategy, identifying core and emerging schools, setting engagement objectives, and shaping the annual campus calendar to maximize impact.
- Build and strengthen external relationships, serving as the primary contact for university partners and student organizations.
- Design and execute on-campus events—such as information sessions and networking dinners—in partnership with recruiters, collaborating on purposeful engagement, post-event follow-up, and candidate conversions.
- Partner with other teams to align messaging across all campus and firm-led events, oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, and maintain brand consistency.
- Optimize engagement efforts through data on attendance, hiring, and brand perception, using insights to refine strategies and amplify impact.
- A bachelor’s degree in any field of study and at least six years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, or early-talent marketing is required.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior university partners.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational abilities, including experience managing multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
- A strategic thinker who is comfortable executing detailed tasks and adapting to changing needs.
- The ability to travel for approximately ten trips per year and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $130,000 to $170,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program
