WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
- Conduct consultations and attend conferences on behalf of analysts to gather targeted insights from industry experts, stakeholders, and other key sources.
- Produce clear, concise written summaries of your findings for dissemination across the team.
- Be responsible for ongoing monitoring, tracking, and evaluation of positions, signals, and related market developments.
- Support strategic research initiatives tied to long-term sector themes.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least two years of relevant experience are required—experience in research, investment analysis, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- A demonstrated record of academic and professional achievement, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to synthesize and communicate complex information clearly.

- The expected annual base salary for this position is $120,000 to $145,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
