WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
- Conduct targeted research on companies, product lines, industry developments, and potential experts to identify and vet credible sources for strategic, time‑sensitive research projects.
- Understand and clarify analysts’ inquiries, source relevant subject specialists through networks and databases, and facilitate introductions and discussions to ensure analysts receive accurate and actionable information.
- Lead expert recruitment efforts to fulfill specialized research requests and manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Provide targeted desk coverage and serve as a primary point of contact, acting as an “account manager” for assigned user groups.
- Oversee scheduling and logistical coordination for research and expert engagements.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least two years of relevant experience are required—experience in research, project management, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with keen organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with subject-matter experts and internal stakeholders.

- The expected annual base salary for this position is $120,000 to $145,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
