Requirements
- 4 years of experience in QA automation, software quality engineering, or SDET roles within digital, SaaS, or platform-based environments
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks across UI, API, and integration layers
- Proficiency in at least one programming language used for test automation (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python)
- Hands-on experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Strong understanding of Agile development practices and working within cross-functional product teams
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for UI, API, and integration tests
- Ensure thorough test coverage for new features and product enhancements
- Improve automation strategies to enhance speed, reliability, and scalability of testing processes
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure quality standards are met
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment support
- Analyze defects to identify root causes and collaborate with engineering teams to prevent recurring issues
- Create and manage test data to support automated and performance testing scenarios
- Validate system performance, reliability, and uptime aligning with SaaS expectations
- Contribute to evolving QA standards, tools, and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex test automation issues efficiently
- Maintain clear documentation of test frameworks and scripts
