Requirements
- Executive leadership experience (e.g., General Manager, VP of Operations, COO, Regional VP) in the hospitality industry or similar service-driven sectors
- Proven success managing large, multi-site operations with operational complexity
- Experience overseeing a P&L of approximately $15–$20M, with accountability for EBITDA and financial results
- Track record managing 300–350 employees and leading 5–6 direct reports of senior functional leaders
- Strong strategic decision-making skills related to staffing, budgeting, and organizational growth
- Ability to develop a culture centered on customer service, employee engagement, and operational excellence
- Lead overall business operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and organizational development
- Own and manage a $15–$20M P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
- Direct a team of 4–6 senior leaders in departments such as Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, Maintenance & Facilities, Administrative Services, and Food & Beverage (if applicable)
- Drive operational efficiency, quality, employee engagement, and service improvements
- Represent the company as a visible executive with clients, partners, and stakeholders
