Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of Procurement experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of IT Asset Management experience
- Inventory Management & Auditing skills
- Experience with Asset Tracking Software
- Understanding of Service Desk environment
- US Citizen or authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Assist with purchasing and managing IT assets and software requests
- Collaborate with onsite technicians for support, warranties, hardware purchases, and license info
- Create purchase requisitions
- Maintain inventory levels for each IT site location
- Work with technicians to receive and tag equipment assets
- Perform quarterly physical inventory audits
- Enter asset data into tracking software
- Review vendor quotes and proposals; discuss evaluations with requesters and subject matter experts
- Request and compare quotes from suppliers
- Verify purchase order line items match received items and quality
- Coordinate return and replacement of defective equipment
- Manage enterprise software licenses and keys, including Adobe license portal
- Keep inventories of equipment and supplies updated (location, asset tag, serial number, make, model)
- Support new hire equipment installation and maintenance with the helpdesk team
