Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of administrative support experience
- Strong data entry skills with a minimum of 5,500 keystrokes per hour and 85% accuracy, verified via assessment
- Ability to complete and attach data entry assessment results with application
- Understanding of office procedures, practices, and administrative support functions
- Familiarity with basic investment principles and financial market terminology
- Awareness of investment products and charitable giving concepts
- Must be willing to undergo fingerprinting and background check, with full disclosure of past issues if applicable
- Enter and verify data accurately and efficiently to meet performance goals
- Review and support departmental reports for accuracy and completeness
- Manage email correspondence professionally, demonstrating clear communication skills
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as part of daily tasks
- Process transactions such as new account setups, contributions, approvals, and ongoing account maintenance
- Support assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion
- Maintain attention to detail while adhering to deadlines
