SALARY: $70,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements
- 3 years of commercial property management experience
- Retail/shopping center property management experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing tenant relationships, vendors, and property operations
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, including HVAC, roofing, repairs, Landscaping, and vendor coordination
- Ability to independently manage a portfolio and prioritize multiple issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold tenants and vendors accountable
- Manage a portfolio of retail commercial properties across Central Florida
- Serve as primary contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Coordinate with service providers such as HVAC, landscaping, roofing, and contractors
- Address tenant concerns promptly and efficiently
- Monitor rent collections and follow up on tenant obligations
- Conduct property inspections and proactively identify issues
- Maintain clear communication with ownership regarding property performance
- Assist in streamlining property operations and processes
