Requirements
- 4 years of FP&A experience, with a focus on partnering with business units
- Strong operational understanding of business functions
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, formulas)
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to revamp and build new processes
- Experience or familiarity with Adaptive Planning, Netsuite, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred but not required
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing change
- Experience supporting multiple business lines or revenue streams
- Partner with senior leaders across departments to develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models that support business growth
- Build and maintain reports on key SaaS and operational metrics like Bookings, ARR, renewals, and pipeline trends
- Provide weekly forecasts for revenue and topline performance metrics
- Collaborate with revenue accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting under ASC 606 standards
- Develop insights and business cases for growth initiatives, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
- Support continuous improvement of financial reporting, planning, and business partnership processes
- Utilize financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive) and Excel to streamline forecasting workflows
- Present financial insights clearly to executives and leadership teams
