Requirements
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, including social media management
- Strong writing, storytelling, and design skills for digital content creation
- Experience with online donation forms, event landing pages, and peer-to-peer campaigns
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and email marketing strategies
- Ability to develop and execute digital campaigns and analyze performance metrics
- Develop, design, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational mission
- Grow and maintain social media engagement, tracking KPIs to optimize outreach
- Assist in creating and executing digital fundraising initiatives, including campaigns and donor engagement strategies
- Support email marketing campaigns and conduct website content audits for optimization
- Measure campaign impact using analytics tools, develop reports, and recommend improvements
- Assist with digital promotion of events, including social media coverage and virtual campaigns
- Occasionally travel for on-site marketing and event support
