SALARY: $125,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience) up to 18% bonus

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in data engineering, preferably in a financial institution
- Advanced skills in SQL Data Warehouse, SSRS, Power BI, and data visualization tools
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Delta Lake, Azure Data Factory, and related technologies
- Strong understanding of Blob/Data Lake Storage
- Previous supervisory experience
- Manage daily operations of the data engineering team, fostering innovation and collaboration
- Guide the team in creating and tuning data pipelines using Azure Data Factory for optimal performance
- Oversee the design and development of ETL processes from multiple source systems
- Leverage existing data infrastructure to fulfill data requests, perform data cleansing, normalization, and model updates
- Deploy data architectures aligned with organizational standards to support business strategies
- Provide technical assistance on data warehouse applications and reporting services
- Review and improve operational procedures for efficiency
- Set team goals and monitor progress to meet operational and strategic objectives
