Requirements
- 5 years of experience as an executive assistant in a professional office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and prioritize requests.
- Provide high-level, confidential support to the President/CEO
- Manage complex scheduling and coordinate meetings, including Board and Committee sessions
- Draft correspondence, agendas, and reports for executive and board meetings
- Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Manage files, records, and meeting documentation
- Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive inquiries and maintain discretion in all communications
- Assist with coordinating visits from outside professionals, including logistics and itineraries
