Staff Application Architect (5465)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Staff Architect to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid (onsite 2-3 days a week), Contract-to-Hire position.

SALARY: $70-85/ hour (depending on experience)

Requirements

• Strong background in large-scale application architecture
• Experience with modern architecture (cloud, event-driven, domain-driven design)
• Proficiency with Kafka, MongoDB, and data synchronization (CDC)
• Hands-on capability in building proof of concepts and validating new technologies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate solutions effectively
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and large-scale solution design
• Collaborate across engineering, data, web services, and enterprise teams
• Drive technical direction and execution of complex initiatives
• Modernize the organization’s largest platform used by 16,000 customers
• Act as a hands-on technical leader, building proof of concepts and validating new technologies
