Requirements
- PMP certification required
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience
- Strong Information Technology project management background
- SAP project experience required
- Experience managing SDLC and application-focused projects
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Vendor management experience in IT environments
- Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong documentation, forecasting, and communication skills
- Experience estimating and tracking time, cost, resources, and project performance
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar
- Bachelor’s degree required; education verification required
- Must be able to complete required drug screening
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to gather compensation data
- Develop and analyze compensation structures and recommendations
- Ensure compensation practices align with company policies and market trends
- Support the implementation of compensation programs
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation records
- Assist in the resolution of compensation-related issues
