Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Position Overview

The firm is expanding its estate planning practice and seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to advise individuals and families on comprehensive planning strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Draft wills, trusts, and advanced estate planning documents

  • Develop tax-efficient estate strategies

  • Advise clients on asset protection planning

  • Handle probate and estate administration matters

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Ideal Candidate

  • 7 years of estate planning experience

  • Strong drafting and advisory skills

  • Client-facing confidence

  • Portable book of business is a strong plus

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary

  • Performance-based bonus structure

  • 10% incentive on originated business

  • 401(k)

  • Hybrid schedule
