A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join its Health Care Alignment & Organization Practice Group.
Locations: Open to multiple offices, with preference for St. Louis, Nashville, Denver, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Dallas
About the RoleThis position focuses on supporting healthcare clients with regulatory and compliance matters within complex transactions. You'll work alongside a collaborative national team on high-impact deals across the health care sector.
Key Responsibilities- Support health care transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
- Analyze regulatory issues (Anti-Kickback, Stark Law, licensing, reimbursement, etc.)
- Coordinate regulatory filings and notifications
- Conduct legal due diligence and draft reports
- Assist with purchase agreements and transaction documents
- Advise on compliance risks and mitigation strategies
- Stay current with evolving health care regulations
- Drive best practices for regulatory processes in transactions
- 3-5 years of experience in health care transactions
- Strong knowledge of health care regulatory frameworks
- Law firm or similar experience preferred
- Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills
- JD and active bar admission required
Bonus Experience:
Home health, hospice, behavioral health, physician practice management, hospitals, or health systems
- Salary: $240,000 - $420,000 (based on experience)
