Position Overview

The firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to manage complex business disputes and represent clients in high-level litigation matters.

Responsibilities

  • Handle commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

  • Conduct depositions and court appearances

  • Advise business clients on dispute strategy

Ideal Candidate

  • 7 years of litigation experience

  • Strong courtroom presence

  • Experience in business-related disputes

  • Portable book of business highly valued

Compensation
