We are looking for an experienced Attorney with expertise in Estate Planning to assist our team in the part-time contract capacity. This role involves drafting and reviewing estate documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards. The position offers remote flexibility, with work limited to up to five hours per week.
Must be actively licensed to practice law in one of the following states:
Arizona
California
Washington
Wisconsin
Responsibilities:
• Draft and review estate planning documents, ensuring they meet legal requirements and client specifications.
• Provide expert legal advice on estate matters, addressing client concerns and questions.
• Analyze and interpret relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all legal documentation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their estate planning goals and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all legal activities.
• Utilize expertise in civil litigation, where applicable, to address complex estate issues.
• Stay informed about changes in estate laws and regulations to provide accurate and updated guidance.
• Must have proven experience in estate planning law.
• Licensed Attorney with an active bar membership in either Arizona, California, Washington, or Wisconsin.
